  1. A standing ovation and thunderous applause for all the Arizona advocates who worked so hard for HB2424. Arizona has paved the way to reform and NASGA hopes other states follow suit.

This is a great victory! Thank you for all your hard work!

    Yours,
    Elaine Renoire
    NASGA

  2. SB1499 contains language concerning “vexatious litigants” which must be defeated, because it will only be used against the family, unless – in rare cases – there’s a lawyer the Bar wants to get rid of.

  3. Vexatious is what the judges are towards the families who fight back! Both bills are a start at much needed reform in the Probate court. This mission is not yet accomplished and is not the ‘end of the story’. There is still more work to be done and it is disappointing that our lawmakers didn’t do it all this year in order to protect the public. People should not have to fight with the courts to have their Liberty and freedom protected. The courts have become a joke and a disgrace.
We are now seeing people becoming more educated as to what their rights are and it is about time! You can’t fight for something you don’t know you have. These judges that we pay to protect our rights should be taken off the bench if they fail to do their job correctly….no exceptions. We need to start some recalls and get their attention. Let’s start with judge Donahoe and Myers! Myers should have stayed in retirement! Donahoe should not be allowed to wear a robe or enter the court house as a judge. A little power just goes right to their heads!
    Let’s ‘clean up AZ’!

  4. Huge Congratulations for all who worked so hard for not taking “No” as an answer to guardianship reform in Arizona. The rest of this country’s bad guys are watching from their courthouse steps to see if these changes will sweep across the country. One movement can create a wave and your momentum must continue so that this reaches their feet and saves the rest of this nation’s victims. Arizona’s law can become the catalyst.
